Temporary guide for branded wallets built on mass[Wallets]. Your brand may change colors, names, and which login buttons appear. For account-specific help, contact the brand that issued the wallet.
What you will see
Open the app. A short splash screen appears, then Sign in. The screen is powered by Privy in the design — you may see “Protected by Privy” at the bottom.
Sign in with email
Tap the field that shows [email protected].
Type the email you used when you first opened the wallet.
Tap Submit.
Check that inbox for a one-time code or magic link. Enter it in the app.
Other ways to sign in
Continue with Wallet — connect an existing crypto wallet you already control. Confirm the connection in that wallet when it asks.
Continue with Telegram — approve the Telegram login prompt. Use the same Telegram account you used at signup.
Continue with Google — pick the Google account tied to this wallet.
I have a passkey — use Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passkey you saved earlier. This is the fastest option if you set it up.
If you cannot get in
Try the same method you used the first time. Mixing email and Google can create a second empty account.
If the code never arrives, wait a minute, request again, and check spam.
mass[Wallets] cannot reset your login. Ask the brand that issued the wallet.
Never share these
Support will never ask for a seed phrase, recovery secret, passkey, or one-time code. If someone claiming to be mass[Wallets] or your brand asks for those, stop and close the chat.
After a successful sign-in you land on Home, with Wallet, Card, Activity, and Profile in the bottom bar.
