Temporary end-user guide to sending from the branded wallet.

Temporary guide. Double-check the address — sends cannot be reversed.

On Home, tap Send.

Send screen asking for a recipient address with recently used addresses

1. Choose the recipient

  1. Paste a valid address in Recipient Address.

  2. Or pick someone from Recently used.

2. Review the payment

On the next screen you set the asset and amount, then confirm:

  • Pay with — the asset you are spending (example: Bbit USD).

  • Who pays the fee? — I pay or Recipient pays.

  • Rate — example: 1 branded USD = 1 USDT (fixed).

  • Fee — example: $1 fixed.

  • You spend vs Recipient gets.

  • Settlement — Instant or slower, depending on what the app offers.

Tap Confirm. When it lands you will see Send completed with the amounts, the destination wallet, and a View Etherscan link. Tap Back to Wallet to return Home.

If the screen says Send failed, copy the details and contact the brand that issued your wallet. mass[Wallets] cannot reverse an on-chain transfer.
