Temporary guide. Double-check the address. Sends cannot be reversed.
On Home, tap Send.
Step 1 — Choose the recipient
Paste a valid address into Recipient Address.
Or tap a row under Recently used.
Check the first and last characters of the address against what the recipient sent you. A one-character mistake is enough to lose the funds.
Step 2 — Set amount and who pays the fee
On the next screen review every line before you tap Confirm:
Pay with — the asset you are spending (example: Bbit USD).
Who pays the fee? — I pay or Recipient pays.
To — the same address again. Read it a second time.
Rate — example: 1 branded USD = 1 USDT (fixed).
Fee — example: $1 fixed.
You spend versus Recipient gets — these differ when you pay the fee (example: you spend 10,001, they get 10,000).
Settlement — Instant or slower, depending on what the app offers.
Tap Confirm.
If it works
You should see Send completed, the two amounts, a truncated wallet address, and View Etherscan (or the explorer for that chain). Tap Back to Wallet. The transfer also appears under Activity as Pending, then Confirmed.
If it fails
The screen says Send failed and Transaction failed due to [reason]. Tap Back to Wallet, or Get help if you think the failure is wrong. Copy the reason and any hash. Contact the brand that issued the wallet. mass[Wallets] cannot reverse an on-chain transfer that already left the wallet, and cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address.
