How to swap assets

Temporary end-user guide to swapping tokens inside the branded wallet.

Temporary guide. Rates, fees, and supported pairs depend on the network at the time you swap.

On Home, tap Swap.

Steps

  1. Choose the From asset and amount.

  2. Choose the To asset. The quote fills in automatically.

  3. Read the quote details before you confirm:

    • Rate — example: 1 ETH = $2,748.22

    • Network fee

    • Swap fee — example: 0.30%

    • Minimum received

    • Slippage — example: 0.5%

    • Effective rate

  4. Tap Swap.

When it works you see Swap completed and Assets are swapped in your wallet, with the two amounts, a truncated wallet address, and View Etherscan. Tap Back to Wallet.

If you see Swap failed, do not retry blindly with a larger amount. Check Activity for the status, then contact the brand that issued the wallet.
