Temporary guide. Buy and sell run through on-ramp partners. Identity checks belong to that partner, not to mass[Wallets].

Start a buy

Open the buy flow from Home — often under More, or a Buy control if your brand enabled it.

  1. Leave the toggle on Buy (switch to Sell only if you are cashing out).

  2. Enter the fiat amount, or tap Max.

  3. Check how much branded USD you already have available on this screen.

  4. Tap Request a quote.

  5. If asked, search and select the asset to buy.

Review the quote

Quotes expire. The review screen shows a countdown (example: Expires after 11:53:05).

Check every line:

  • What you sell and what you buy

  • Total paid and Minimum received

  • Price and Estimated fee (example: 0.5%)

  • Settle via — example: Bank Transfer

  • Settle by — the deadline (example: 10:45 AM, Aug 11, 2026)

Tap Accept and proceed, or Reject if the numbers are wrong. A rejected quote does not move money.

Pay the partner

The Complete payment screen gives bank details. Copy each field with the copy icon:

  • Amount and currency

  • Unique code (Reference) — include this or the partner may not match your payment

  • IBAN, Swift code, beneficiary name

Send the transfer from your bank, then tap I have transferred the funds. The branded dollars are issued after the partner sees the payment, usually within hours. The amount follows the quote you accepted.

When the request is in

You should see Request submitted and You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready. Tap Back to Wallet. Watch Activity for the buy row.

Failed KYC, a missing reference number, or a frozen bank transfer is handled by the on-ramp partner named on the screen. Ask your wallet brand to escalate only if the app itself is broken for everyone.
